CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL:
If the purchases are made during the regular business hours, the confirmations are usually sent within 6 hours. Otherwise, they will be sent on the next business day.
ACTIVATION WAIT TIME:
The Activiation wait time on your order beginning is always determained on our work load. There is no way to give an accurate time. Orders are numerically matched up in which the order that they were received in.
Bigger Orders as in Combination Packages are subject to be started earlier then normal because of the work load of the order.
eCHECKS:
If you are paying with an eCheck, we will have to wait until it clears before we can begin your order. It may take 3-7 business days just for the check to clear. Once cleared, your order is treated as if it was just processed and will be added to the current pending position. For a more speedy process, it's always a good idea not to purchase via echeck. You can always add your Banking Account to your paypal then fund your Paypal Account, then make your purchase. It is honestly on difference. The funds are coming from the same place.
PRICE MATCH:
We price match with ourselves! If our service prices go down on any of the options within 10 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund you the difference. Our system will contact you via e-mail if this occurs.
GUARANTEE POLICY:
You are guaranteed 100 percent of anything you purchase. You will actually find that 80% of the time your orders are actually fulfilled more then the orginal agreement. We would rather you receive more of what you have purchased then less. We have always lived by this Golden rule.
REFUND POLICY:
When you purchase from us, you understand and agree that we do not offer any refunds once the campaign has been activated. We can only refund your purchase(s) prior to the campaign activations. A refund request must be emailed to us. We will refund campaigns (full or partial depending on the situation) in an event of our systems permanently going out of commission. This has never happened, the way that our system is structured this is very unlikely to happen.
Of course we do need to give our Policy on anything that could be a possibility in the future.
