I ordered 2,500 channel views, but my video still has the same amount of views. What's the problem?
You ordered Channel Views not Video Views. Go to your Channel and you will see that your Channel Views have been increased. There is no difference in 2,500-20,000 Channel Views. See how many channel views we recommend above.
I see you offer video ratings and video favorites. Why would I need these?
Youtube has their on search engine. When a user searches for a certain keyword Youtube brings back results based on that keyword. Just like Google, Youtube bases their ranking on certain elements. Video ratings and favorites are 2 of those elements. The more video ratings and favorites the better chance your video has of being ranked higher.
I placed an order and I still have not saw any difference in my channel or videos. When will my order be completed?
All orders are processed in the order they are received. If you ordered today, it doesn't necessary mean your order will be started today. On bigger orders like 100,000 channel views or more, or a bigger Package order, it can take 3-5 days for the views to be completed. It is better to have 20,000 views over 5 days, than 100,000 views for one day. With that being said, no order will take longer than 10 days to complete.
It has been longer than 10 days and my order has not been completed. What's the problem?
We receive 200-300 emails a day. Although it is very very rare, sometimes we make mistakes and look over an email. This may be the case with your order. Please email us with your information and we will look through our database and start on your order right away. We will move you to the top of the list and make sure you are the first order completed.
